Diagnosis

Female propodeum short medially with a stout median carina; female gaster elongate with apex acuminate, MM/LG = 0.7-0.8< /FONT > . Similar to amadeus but female petiole and propodeum shorter and gaster longer.

From Phyllocnistis citrella (Lepidoptera: Gracillariidae) on Citrus sinensis (Rutaceae).

Similar species in Lucid key

aeneicollis, but citrus with anterior part of scutellum wider, ratio width of scutellum at narrowest part/widest part = 0.8, with hind tibial spur shorter, LS/LT = 0.23 < /FONT > .
